Clearsulting in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Senior Consulting Manager, Financial Reporting (Workiva) to lead end-to-end Workiva implementations for large organizations, collaborating with finance, accounting, and reporting stakeholders. The role offers hybrid or remote work options, 20-40% travel, mentorship of delivery teams, and opportunities to contribute to business development and firm methodologies.

Applicants should have 6-8+ years of Workiva leadership experience and CPA (or equivalent)

Qualifications

• CPA is required or preferred, or equivalent experience in financial reporting.
• Deep expertise with Workiva platform, including financial reporting and disclosure management.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and client relationship management.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality client solutions while managing scope, risks, budgets, and timelines.
• Experience facilitating executive workshops and translating business needs into scalable Workiva solutions.
• Excellent consulting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting business development, including proposals and client pursuits.
• Strong project management skills with multiple concurrent engagements.
• Mentoring consultants and building high-performing delivery teams.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workiva implementation engagements for large organizations.
• Provide delivery leadership across Workiva engagements to ensure high-quality execution.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives; manage expectations and engagement health.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Workiva capabilities for financial reporting.
• Mentor and develop consultants providing technical guidance.
• Support business development: proposals, solution design, client presentations.
• Contribute to implementation methodologies and reusable assets.
• Manage multiple client engagements balancing quality, timelines, budgets, and communications.
• Follow firm methodologies and delivery standards consistently.
