Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking a Senior Consulting Manager, Financial Reporting (Workiva) to lead end-to-end Workiva implementations for large organizations. You will partner with finance, accounting, and reporting stakeholders to design and deploy solutions that improve financial reporting and disclosure management.

Based in the U.S., the role offers hybrid or remote work with travel expectations of 20-40% and offices in Cleveland, Chicago, Columbus, and Dallas.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience leading Workiva implementations with responsibility for solution delivery and project leadership.
• CPA required or preferred, or equivalent experience in financial reporting or corporate accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workiva implementation engagements for large, complex organizations with finance and reporting stakeholders.
• Provide delivery leadership across Workiva engagements to ensure high-quality execution and client outcomes.
• Mentor and coach consultants, review work products, and support career development.
• Develop and refine implementation methodologies, accelerators, and reusable assets.
• Balance multiple client engagements with budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
