Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking an experienced Workiva Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end implementation engagements for large organizations. You will partner with finance and reporting stakeholders to design, implement, and deploy solutions that improve financial reporting and disclosure management.

The role requires 8+ years in Workiva delivery, CPA or equivalent experience, and strong Excel/financial data analysis skills. Hybrid/Remote in the US with 8 days in-person per month.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading Workiva implementations with responsibility for solution delivery and client engagement.
• CPA required or preferred, or equivalent experience in financial reporting or external reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workiva implementation engagements for large organizations, partnering with finance and reporting stakeholders.
• Provide delivery leadership across engagements, ensuring high-quality execution and client outcomes.
• Mentor, coach, and develop consultants, reviewing work products and supporting career development.
• Support business development activities, including proposals and client pursuits.
