Job summary

Humana is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to bridge Humana Government Business and Human Resources, ensuring contract compliance and developing staffing models for government contracts.

You will participate in audits, manage the Position Tracking System, and coordinate with the contingent labor vendor. The role involves advising on SCA requirements, posting positions in Workday, and producing regular reports. Travel for training or meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required for DoD contract.
• No hire in Puerto Rico due to contract.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of HR experience dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Humana Government Business and Human Resources to ensure contract compliance.
• Provide timely responses to HR information requests.
• Guide Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Ensure vacancies are posted in Workday in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with HGB pricing on staffing models and labor costs.
• Read and interpret RFP requirements.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System and staffing updates.
• Produce monthly reports and ad hoc analyses from relevant systems.
• Develop relationships with the contingent labor vendor.
