Humana Government Business is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to liaison between HGB and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contracts. You will develop staffing models, labor cost proposals, and participate in government audits.

The role involves managing the HGB Position Tracking System, coordinating with the contingent labor vendor, and supporting special projects while maintaining strong relationships with HGB leaders.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required for DoD contract.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of HR experience in compensation and handling confidential data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources to ensure compliance with the unique requirements of our government contracts.
• Provide timely responses to requests for information from the HR Business Partners.
• Provide guidance to Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Ensure vacant positions are posted in Workday in a timely manner.
• Work closely with HGB pricing team on the development of staffing models and labor cost proposals.
• Read and understand RFP requirements.
• Manage the maintenance of the HGB Position Tracking System with accurate and timely updates.
• Produce the monthly report in a timely manner.
• Support HGB by developing and issuing other routine and ad hoc reports from various systems.
• Develop/maintain a positive relationship with HGB's contingent labor vendor.
• Consult with leaders on temporary staffing needs and guidance on effective use of contingent labor.
• Coordinate the screening and onboarding of temporary workers and processing of timecards/invoices.
• Assist with contract terms with Corporate Procurement and vendor evaluation for government contracting.
