Qualifications

• 5+ years in workforce operations or staffing roles.
• Experience with data-driven decisions and KPIs.
• Proven success in multi-state staffing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with scheduling and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Staffing Liaison team to match caregivers with client needs.
• Drive workforce planning and capacity management strategies.
• Analyze staffing data to identify gaps and bottlenecks.
• Develop dashboards and forecasts for decision-making.
• Translate demand into recruiting needs and ensure supply.
• Monitor performance and improve coverage and utilization.
• Collaborate with Clinical Ops, Client Intake, Onboarding.
• Set performance expectations for the team.
• Identify and implement scalable processes.
• Improve workflows and system utilization.
• Support strategic growth initiatives.
