Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager for a fully remote role across the United States. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor partners.

Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change while reporting to leaders. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of healthcare project experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple, concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans with objectives, milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, schedules, and meeting notes.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
