Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry and relevant programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead program operations, including Customer Service and Administrative or EAP Provider teams.
• Develop and maintain procedures to achieve program goals.
• Monitor business and financial metrics and report progress.
• Coordinate center operations, scheduling, work plans, status reporting and issue tracking.
• Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including HIPAA.
