Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement workforce planning, capacity management, and staffing optimization strategies to maximize caregiver availability and utilization while reducing unfilled client hours.
  • Analyze workforce, recruiting, staffing, and service delivery data to identify trends, capacity gaps, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities.

  • Optimize workflows, workforce management practices, and technology utilization across different markets.
  • Ensure standardized processes, accurate documentation, and consistent use of operational systems across all regions.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives involving organizational growth, workforce forecasting, recruiting strategies, capacity planning, and operational excellence.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of people management experience in healthcare, human services, staffing, recruiting, workforce operations, or another high-volume service environment.
  • Proven track record of leading teams toward measurable performance objectives, KPIs, and accountability targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, staffing optimization, scheduling, recruiting, capacity management, or workforce deployment.
  • Recruiting or talent acquisition experience is strongly preferred, particularly in high-volume or hard-to-fill workforce environments.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience using data, forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics to guide operational decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Proven ability to improve workforce utilization, reduce staffing shortages or service gaps, increase coverage, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Experience developing, managing, and interpreting KPIs, dashboards, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Excellent problem-solving and process improvement skills, with the ability to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
  • Proficiency with workforce management systems, scheduling platforms, CRM tools, reporting applications, and other operational technologies.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, particularly when working across clinical, recruiting, and operational functions.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on leadership approach and the ability to translate complex data into clear priorities and practical action plans.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-state operational environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent relevant professional experience may also be considered.
Benefits
