Job summary

Abound Health is seeking a Workforce Operations Manager to lead staffing operations and align caregiver capacity with client needs across markets. This remote role reports to the VP of Centralized Clinical Operations and focuses on reducing open hours and strengthening staffing performance.

The ideal candidate is data-driven with experience in workforce planning, recruiting, capacity management, and service delivery operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in healthcare, human services, staffing, or high-volume service environments.
• Ability to use data, forecasting, and reporting to drive decisions and improvements.
• Equipped to translate client staffing demand into actionable workforce and recruiting needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Staffing Liaisons to match caregivers with client needs across multiple states.
• Drive workforce planning, capacity management, and staffing optimization to maximize availability and utilization.
• Analyze staffing, recruiting, workforce, and service data to identify trends, gaps, and bottlenecks.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, forecasts, and performance reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Client Intake, Onboarding, Scheduling, and other leaders to align supply and demand.
• Monitor staffing performance and implement action plans to improve coverage and service levels.
• Establish performance expectations and accountability for the Staffing Liaison team.
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead initiatives to increase productivity and scalability.
