Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Workforce Operations Manager based in the United States to lead staffing operations for a multi-state service organization. The role is fully remote, with hours aligned to the US East Coast schedule, and requires strategic workforce planning and strong people leadership.

You will oversee a team of Staffing Liaisons, drive capacity management, and use data analytics to optimize caregiver utilization and service continuity across states.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of people management experience in healthcare, human services, staffing, or similar high-volume environment.
• Experience with workforce planning, staffing optimization, scheduling, and capacity management.
• Strong data analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting skills.
• Proven ability to improve workforce utilization and reduce gaps in multi-state operations.
• Experience with recruiting or talent acquisition in high-volume settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Staffing Liaisons to match caregivers with client requirements across multiple states.
• Develop workforce planning, capacity management, and staffing optimization strategies.
• Analyze data to identify trends, capacity gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, forecasts, and reporting tools for data-driven decisions.
• Translate client staffing demand into actionable recruiting and workforce requirements.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Client Intake, Onboarding, Scheduling, and Recruiting to resolve workforce challenges.
• Monitor staffing performance and implement improvement plans for better coverage and utilization.
• Set performance expectations and development objectives for the team.
