Acentra Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a remote operations team across US contracts, ensuring quality customer service for clients and staff.

The role supervises call center and non-clinical staff, partners with the manager to run program operations, tracks operational metrics, and ensures compliance with HIPAA and company policies within Eastern Time business hours, with flexibility for other time zones.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of recent management or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry, including experience supporting public or private sector healthcare programs
• Ability to work effectively within established organizational structures and decision-making processes
• Demonstrated experience evaluating operational processes, resources, and procedures to develop and implement policies, strategies, and improvements aligned with organizational goals
• Expertise in employee development and performance management

Mansioni

• Lead program operations with the manager, supervising call center and non-clinical staff and coordinating special programs
• Develop and maintain procedures and practices for departmental goals
• Develop and monitor business and financial metrics; report progress toward operational goals
• Coordinate all center operations including scheduling, work plan management, and issue resolution tracking
