Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Manager, Strategic Planning to drive cross-functional program management from planning through implementation. The role reports to the Associate Director, Strategic Planning and engages multiple internal teams to deliver initiatives.

The position is remote and open to candidates residing in Dallas, TX with potential future hybrid opportunities. Base pay ranges from $105,818 to $138,886 annually, plus benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in program management is required.
• 3+ years of experience delivering projects across initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects with stakeholders and on-time delivery.
• Evaluate departmental performance by creating and analyzing data and metrics.
• Collaborates with partner groups to plan proactive implementation and change management strategies.
• May oversee and mentor team members and promote growth.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
