Humana is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to serve as a liaison between Humana Government Business and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contracts and developing staffing models and labor cost proposals. The role involves audits, vendor relationships, reporting from the Position Tracking System and Workday, and collaboration with the pricing team.

Remote work with EST schedule.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required due to DoD contract.
• HGB may not hire in Puerto Rico per contract.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of HR experience handling compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and graphs.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison between HGB and HR to ensure government contract compliance.
• Provide timely responses to HR Business Partners' information requests.
• Guide Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Ensure vacant positions are posted in Workday promptly.
• Collaborate with HGB pricing on staffing models.
• Read and interpret RFP requirements.
• Maintain HGB Position Tracking System with staffing data.
• Produce monthly staffing and cost reports.
• Assist with vendor management for contingent labor.
• Consult with leaders on temporary staffing needs.
• Coordinate screening and onboarding of temporary workers.
• Process timecards and invoices accurately.
• Support procurement in contract terms and vendor evaluation.
