Job summary

Humana in the United States seeks a Workforce Management Professional 2 to liaise between Humana Government Business and HR, ensuring compliance with government contracts and developing staffing models and labor cost proposals.

You will manage the HGB Position Tracking System, coordinate with the contingent labor vendor, support audits, reporting, and special projects.

This remote role requires DoD citizenship, a Bachelor's degree, 3 years HR experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required due to the Department of Defense contract.
• HGB is not authorized to hire in Puerto Rico under our contract.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of HR experience dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources to ensure DoD contract compliance.
• Develop staffing models and labor cost proposals for government contracts.
• Participate in audits by Government agencies and manage the HGB Position Tracking System.
• Manage the relationship with the contingent labor vendor and assist with special projects.
• Coordinate screening and onboarding of temporary workers and process timecards/invoices.
