Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to act as a liaison between Humana Government Business and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contracts. You will develop staffing models, labor cost proposals, participate in audits, manage the Position Tracking System, and coordinate with our contingent labor vendor.

Required qualifications include U.S. citizenship for the DoD contract, a Bachelor's degree, at least three years of HR experience handling compensation

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required for the DoD contract.
• Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, graphs).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources to ensure compliance with government contract requirements.
• Develop staffing models and labor cost proposals.
• Participate in audits by Government agencies and manage the HGB Position Tracking System.
• Coordinate screening and onboarding of temporary workers and manage invoices.
• Assist with special projects and vendor management related to contingent labor.
