• Jurisdictional experience in the Southeast States.

• Supervise a Workers' Compensation claims team of varying caseloads and complexities to deliver high-quality service.
• Promote Best Practices and guide the team to handle claims per GB’s standards.
• Drive talent by leading hiring and training, fostering performance and continuous improvement.
