Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a seasoned Workers' Compensation claims leader to supervise a cross-functional team, drive Best Practices, and manage workload to deliver high-quality service.

The role supports remote work, requires 10+ years of claims experience and appropriate licensure, with a Bachelor's degree preferred; you will guide hiring and training and collaborate with clients, carriers, and brokers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of all team member related functions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a Workers' Compensation claims team across diverse caseloads.
• Guide teams to handle claims per GB's Best Practices.
• Own adjuster hiring and training to drive performance and improvement.
• Define goals, motivate performance, and manage workloads for efficiency.
• Leverage Gallagher's technology to boost team efficiency and quality.
• Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers.
• Develop coaching opportunities and prepare team members for growth.
