Gallagher Bassett is seeking a senior leader to oversee a Workers’ Compensation claims team, driving quality, efficiency, and client service across a fully remote footprint. You will coach, hire, and develop adjusters while aligning with company best practices and technology-enabled workflows.

Requirements include 10+ years of claims experience, active licenses across states, and strong leadership capabilities to manage diverse caseloads and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years related claims experience
• Licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Knowledge of workers' compensation claims processes and guidelines

Responsibilities

• Supervise a Workers Compensation claims team handling a variety of caseload sizes and complexities to deliver high-quality and efficient service.
• Lead and encourage a claims team, driving performance and ongoing development.
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, and brokers in a professional, proactive manner.
• Utilize Gallagher's technology to enhance team efficiency and overall service quality.
