The ideal candidate has more than 10 years of claims experience, holds appropriate licenses, and understands all team member functions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of all team member related functions.
• Desirable: Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a Workers' Compensation claims team handling a variety of caseload sizes and complexities to deliver high-quality service.
• Promote best practices and ensure claims are handled in accordance with GB’s standards.
• Drive talent by leading adjuster hiring and training and fostering performance improvement.
• Manage workloads by setting team goals and maintaining efficient operations.
• Leverage Gallagher's technology to enhance team efficiency and service quality.
• Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers.
• Develop team members through coaching and opportunities for growth.
