Responsibilities

• Lead a Workers' Compensation claims team delivering high-quality service.
• Guide team to follow GB Best Practices.
• Hire and train adjusters; foster performance and improvement.
• Set goals, motivate, and manage workloads for efficiency.
• Leverage Gallagher's technology to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers.
• Identify coaching opportunities and develop team members.
