Gallagher is seeking an experienced leader to supervise a Workers’ Compensation claims team in a fully remote role. You’ll oversee a diverse caseload, drive efficient processing, and hire and train adjusters to foster a culture of performance and continuous improvement.

You’ll apply Gallagher’s Best Practices, manage workloads, leverage Gallagher technology to improve service quality, and communicate professionally with clients, carriers and brokers.

• Workers' Compensation claims experience
• Leadership experience required

Responsibilities

• Lead and encourage a Workers Compensation claims team handling a variety of caseload sizes and complexities to deliver high-quality and efficient service.
• Guide claims team to handle claims in accordance with GB’s Best Practices.
• Take charge of adjuster hiring and training, encouraging a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
• Define team goals, motivate performance, and effectively manage workloads to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Harness the power of Gallagher's technology to enhance your team's efficiency and overall quality of service.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers in a professional, positive, and proactive manner.
• Effectively manage multiple competing priorities, identify coaching opportunities, and position team members for successful development.
