Ladders is seeking a People Technology Senior Specialist to join our client in the Consumer Technology space. The role focuses on Workday configuration, process design, and operational excellence, partnering with HR and stakeholders to translate policy needs into scalable system solutions.

The position leads cross-functional projects, strengthens controls, and drives maintainability of the Workday platform while acting as a trusted advisor across the organization. Remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in HRIS, people technology, or HR operations roles.
• 5 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience across multiple areas.
• Broad knowledge of Workday Core HCM and related processes.
• Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional designs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional Workday projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Workday Pro certifications or equivalent expertise.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior expert in Workday and people technology applications.
• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into system solutions.
• Assess the impact of policy changes and process redesigns on the system.
• Recommend Workday best practices to improve maintainability.
• Design and maintain Workday business processes and security roles.
• Lead medium to large-scale projects from requirements through deployment.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
