Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Workday Payroll module.
• Experience implementing or working with Workday.
• Prior consulting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance.
• Ability to manage client requirement meetings with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Workday configuration skills for US Payroll.
• Direct activities of project analysts under architect guidance.
• Mentor junior employees within the HCM practice.
