Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst, HRIS to join a leader in Education, Government & Non-Profit sectors. This remote role focuses on configuring and optimizing the HRIS environment, partnering with HR, Finance, IT, and Business Systems to ensure reliable data flow and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or experience.
• 7+ years of experience with Workday HCM or similar HRIS at advanced configuration level.
• Experience with a new Workday HCM implementation or major re-engineering preferred.
• Experience across HCM, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll and reporting.
• HR certification (SHRM/PHR) preferred but not required.
• PM certification (PMP/CAPM) a plus but not required.
• Experience in education or nonprofit environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure the HRIS platform with ongoing optimization.
• Lead feature updates and testing; troubleshoot with Payroll and Finance.
• Mentor HRIS support staff on best practices and troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain complex HCM integrations with security standards.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical users and HRIS staff.
• Facilitate consensus among HR, IT and Business Systems on solutions.
• Act as escalation point for complex system issues.
