The role requires deep Workday expertise, strong project management, and the ability to manage live production environments while ensuring data accuracy and compliance across multiple HR domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Tech/HRIS experience required.
• 3+ years of Workday production environment experience with Core HCM.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the functional configuration of People Tech Systems including Workday HCM applications.
• Provide consultative guidance on configuration and ongoing support for global Core HR processes.
• Design, develop, and implement technology solutions with HR leadership to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Support Workday upgrades, including design, testing, training, and change management.
• Provide technical support for HR application issues and maintain system documentation.
