Job summary

Activision Senior People Tech Analyst (Workday) provides expert configuration and support for Workday HCM and related modules, partnering with HR leaders to drive efficient tech-enabled processes for global HR operations. The role emphasizes strong project management, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in HRIS, 3+ years with Workday in production, and a track record of delivering complex HR technology projects while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of previous HR Tech/HRIS experience is required.
• 3+ years of Workday production environment including Core HCM and other modules
• Experience working in a live Workday production environment is essential
• Strong knowledge of Workday configuration of Core HCM; experience in Absence and Time Tracking preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is desired
• Experience managing union populations in WD is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the functional configuration of People Tech Systems including Workday HCM applications.
• Provide consultative guidance combining system expertise and process knowledge to advise on configuration and ongoing support related to global Core HR processes.
• Consult with functional leaders and SMEs in HR to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that increase operational efficiency and compliance.
• Support HR System upgrades and enhancements including prioritization, functional design, documentation, testing, training and support model design.
• Provide technical support for HR application related issues.
• Establish and maintain HR Systems documentation and SOPs.
• Support HR Technology projects including project planning, schedule development, configuration, testing, training and change management.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned independently
