Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, People Technology & Analytics to shape strategy and governance across the people technology ecosystem. You will partner with HR and business leaders to improve system scalability, governance, and analytics-driven workforce decisions.
Located for a remote-enabled role, you will drive automation and secure, employee-friendly experiences across core HR systems, including Workday, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term capability growth.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in HR Technology, People Analytics, or related fields.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a people-focused role.
- Expertise in Workday configuration and administration across multiple modules.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their integration into HR processes.
- Strong understanding of workforce analytics and data governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and governance of the people technology ecosystem.
- Directly configure and maintain Workday and related systems.
- Develop a multi-year roadmap for people technology aligned with business goals.
- Ensure scalability and security of people systems and processes.
- Drive process automation to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
