Ladders is seeking a People Technology Senior Specialist to join our client in the Consumer Technology space. The role focuses on Workday configuration, process design, and operational excellence, partnering with HR and stakeholders to translate policy needs into scalable system solutions.

The position leads cross-functional projects, strengthens controls, and drives maintainability of the Workday platform while acting as a trusted advisor across the organization. Remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in HRIS, people technology, or HR operations roles.
• 5 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience across multiple areas.
• Broad knowledge of Workday Core HCM and related processes.
• Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional designs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional Workday projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Workday Pro certifications or equivalent expertise.

This role will serve as a senior expert in people systems, with a strong focus on Workday configuration, process design, and operational excellence. You will partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to translate policy and process needs into scalable system solutions. The position also plays a key role in leading cross-functional projects that improve maintainability, strengthen controls, and support effective people operations.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000 annually
