NTT Global Data Centers is seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist – HCM & Integrations to lead Workday HCM, integrations, security, and reporting. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable, compliant HR tech solutions while partnering with HR, IT, and finance stakeholders.

The role demands deep Workday expertise, strong problem solving, and proactive collaboration to support global HR processes. This remote position offers a competitive compensation package and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience with hands-on Workday HCM configuration
• 5+ years of Workday integration experience across HR, Benefits, Payroll
• Experience delivering and supporting HR/vendor interfaces and global HR initiatives
• Advanced Workday reporting with complex calculated fields and dashboards
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with SDLC, release management, and Agile delivery

Responsabilités

• Serve as Workday HCM, security, reporting and integrations expert
• Configure and optimize Workday HCM processes, security, reporting and analytics
• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using Core Connectors, EIB, REST/SOAP, XML/XSLT, Studio, DT
• Design and maintain custom reports and dashboards for upstream systems
• Maintain integration reliability with monitoring, error handling and release impact analysis
• Lead test planning, documentation, and user enablement across HRIS
