Qualifications

• Deep Workday configuration experience in at least three areas: Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, Talent, Time Off, Time Tracking, Payroll or Core HCM.
• Compensation expertise is required.
• Strong HRIS implementation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR technology projects including the annual compensation cycle, performance reviews, and learning initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into Workday configuration plans and delivery steps.
• Configure and optimize Workday processes, security, and related functionality across assigned areas.
• Provide Tier 2 and 3 Workday support, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive resolutions.
