Job summary

United Church Homes is seeking an HRIS Administrator to optimize our Workday HCM and related HR modules, aligning IT with HR processes. In this role you will administer Workday security, develop reports and dashboards, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with HR and IT to improve data integrity and HR service delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, HR management, or similar.
• 3–5 years experience in HCM systems and HR domain.
• Proficiency with SaaS/Cloud HR systems.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills in Workday.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday HCM and related HR modules.
• Maintain Workday Employee Landing Page with up-to-date information.
• Develop, configure, test, and implement Workday business processes, reports, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with HR and IT to gather requirements and translate needs into technical specs.
• Troubleshoot end-user and system issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Ensure data integrity through audits, queries, and validation processes.
• Provide system training and security administration for Workday access.
