Job summary

PUMA SE is seeking an HR Tech Analyst for Workday Benefits, operating remotely from the United States. You will own Benefits configuration, Open Enrollment, reporting, and payroll integrations within Workday, partnering with Benefits, Payroll, HR and Finance teams.

The role requires 3+ years of Workday experience with Benefits, strong configuration and testing skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday experience configuring and supporting Workday Benefits.
• Experience supporting Benefits processes including eligibility, open enrollment, rates and integrations.
• Hands-on Workday payroll knowledge is a plus.
• Strong Workday configuration, testing, reporting and calculated field skills.
• Able to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Collaborative, service-oriented partner across Benefits, Payroll, HR and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday Benefits configuration and support, including plans, eligibility rules and business processes.
• Lead annual Open Enrollment setup and support for US, PR and Canada (config, testing, rates, carrier integrations).
• Act as trusted systems partner to Benefits and Payroll teams; troubleshoot issues and translate needs.
• Support Payroll configuration and processes within Workday (earnings/deductions, pay groups, calendars).
• Lead testing for Benefits and Payroll changes, releases, integrations and enhancements.
• Build and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields and operational reporting.
• Collaborate across Benefits, Payroll, HR, Finance and global HR Tech on enhancements and projects.
• Maintain documentation for operational continuity and knowledge sharing.
• Support Benefits/Payroll integrations, including carrier feeds, EIBs and data validation.
