Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to join our HR Technology team. You will configure, administer, optimize, support, and continuously improve Workday Benefits, Compensation, and Reporting across multiple functional areas, including integrations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Workday experience with strong configuration skills, can work independently within a three-week sprint cycle, and collaborate with HR, IT, and centers of excellence to translate

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Workday experience in an HRIS/Workday Analyst/Workday Consultant role.
Experience configuring and supporting Workday Benefits, Compensation and VNDLY.
Experience supporting Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Web Services/APIs, Workday Studio or similar.
Workday reporting experience with advanced or matrix reports, calculated fields, dashboards, or Discovery Boards.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM, business processes, and core HR functionality.
Experience configuring Workday business processes, condition rules, validations, notifications, eligibility rules, organizations.
Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
Experience supervising one or more employees.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday functionality across multiple HCM areas (Benefits, Compensation, Reporting, Integrations).
Configure and maintain Workday business processes, organizations, rules, and security.
Gather and translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions with stakeholders.
Troubleshoot complex Workday configuration, data, and security issues; perform root-cause analysis.
Support Workday integrations with internal/external systems; monitor and test integrations.
Participate in sprint cycles to deliver configuration changes and testing.
Maintain documentation of configurations, requirements, and changes.
