Job summary

Atlantic Group is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to configure, administer, and optimize Workday HCM across Benefits, Compensation, and Reporting. The role requires extensive hands-on Workday experience and the ability to manage HRIS projects independently.

You will support system enhancements, troubleshoot integrations with internal systems and third‑party apps, and develop HR analytics to meet business needs in a remote, US-based setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration, HRIS administration, or Workday consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM processes across Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, or Talent Acquisition.
• Proficiency with Workday HCM configuration, reporting, integrations, and system administration.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM functionality across Benefits, Compensation, Reporting, and related modules.
• Manage Workday business processes, security configurations, eligibility rules, validations, and system enhancements.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and support Workday integrations with internal systems, external vendors, and third‑party applications.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and HR analytics to support business requirements.
• Support system updates, configuration changes, testing, and production deployments while evaluating downstream impacts.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve system issues, improve workflows, and implement scalable solutions.
