Job summary
Public Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to join our HR Technology team. You will configure, administer, and optimize Workday Benefits, Compensation and Reporting across modules and support integrations.
You will partner with HR, IT and stakeholders, manage a three-week sprint, develop scalable solutions, and ensure accuracy through testing and documentation. Remote-friendly role based in the United States.
Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on Workday experience in HRIS or similar role.
- Experience configuring Benefits, Compensation and Reporting in Workday.
- Experience supporting Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs or Workday Studio.
- Workday reporting experience with advanced dashboards or calculated fields.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and core HR functionality.
Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize Workday functionality across multiple HCM areas.
- Maintain Workday business processes, security, and integrations.
- Gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Assist with testing, releases, and production deployments.
- Lead testing scenarios including UAT and regression testing.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT stakeholders to ensure scalable solutions.
- Provide guidance as senior Workday resource.
