Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Core HCM for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years creating calculated fields, complex reports, and configurations in Workday.
• 4+ years configuring and maintaining Workday Business Processes.
• 3+ years working with HR tech landscape including cloud/mobile.
• 3+ years gathering requirements, design, configuration, UAT, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support HR and Payroll tech needs across HR Tech and HR Shared Services.
• Build cross-functional relationships to ensure design and implementation of solutions.
• Lead Workday Core HCM initiatives and global priorities.
• Translate business requirements into technical Workday solutions and timelines.
• Perform testing, documentation, and data integration to support Workday strategy.
