Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Core HCM for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years building complex Workday reports and configurations.
• 4+ years configuring Business Processes and workflows in Workday.
• 3+ years working with HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies.
• 2+ years collaborating with SaaS vendors to provide timely resolution for defects.

Responsibilities

• Provides integral support to the HR and Payroll organizations for their technology needs, collaborating with HR Business Partners, COEs and HR Shared Services across all business segments.
• Establishes cross-functional relationships within HR Technology and HR to ensure solutions are designed and implemented effectively.
• Collaborates with business and technical partners to support Workday Core HCM and roadmap, including global priorities.
• Gathers requirements, performs fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration and testing, creating necessary documentation.
• Leads Workday release planning, regression testing, and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Generates reports and analytics to support various business needs.
