Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Workday HCM Strategy & Configuration Lead to join our HR Technology team. This role supports HR and Payroll operations with scalable Workday solutions for domestic and international employees.

You will collaborate with HR Partners, COEs, and HR Shared Services to design, configure, test, and deliver Workday Core HCM initiatives and enhancements across global priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Core HCM for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years creating calculated fields, complex reports, and configurations in Workday.
• 4+ years configuring and maintaining Workday Business Processes.
• 3+ years working with HR tech, cloud and mobile technologies.
• 3+ years gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, functional design, and testing in Workday.
• 2+ years collaborating with SaaS vendors for timely defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to HR and Payroll tech needs, collaborating with HR partners and Shared Services.
• Establishes cross-functional relationships to ensure designed solutions are implemented.
• Works with stakeholders to support Workday Core HCM and roadmap.
• Translates business requirements into technical solutions with clear timelines.
• Gathers requirements, performs fit-gap analysis, and creates documentation.
• Leads testing, including UAT and regression, and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Creates reports and analytics to support business needs.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation in tracking tools.
