Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Workday HCM Strategy & Configuration Lead to join our Human Resources Technology team. You will lead scalable Workday Core HCM solutions for US domestic and international employees, partnering with HR and Payroll to enable optimized operations.

You will work across functional and technical teams, driving requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment while supporting release cycles and reporting needs. This is a full-time role with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience configuring the Core HCM product area for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years' experience with calculated fields, complex reports and various configurations in Workday.
• 4+ years' experience configuring, maintaining Business Processes, and building solutions in Workday.
• 3+ years' experience working with HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies.
• 3+ years' experience working with business to gather requirements, perform fit gap analysis, design solutions, create functional designs, configuring Workday application, performing user acceptance testing, and maintaining the health of the product.
• 2+ years' experience collaborating with SaaS vendors to provide timely resolution for defects.

Responsibilities

• Provides integral support to HR and Payroll organizations for their technology needs with HR Partners, COEs and HR Shared Services across business segments.
• Establishes cross-functional relationships to ensure solutions are designed and implemented effectively.
• Collaborates with business and technical partners to support Workday Core HCM and roadmap priorities.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions with timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date deliverables and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Support enhancements, project requests and defects with timely solutions.
• Lead test planning, execution, and documentation across release cycles.
• Generate reports and analytics to support various business needs.
