Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Workday HCM Strategy & Configuration Lead to join our HR Technology team. You will support HR and Payroll operations by delivering scalable Workday solutions for domestic (USA) and international employees.

You will collaborate with business and IT partners, manage requirements, design configurations, and guide testing across semi-annual Workday releases. The role supports global priorities and aims to optimize HR processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring the Core HCM product area for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years' experience with calculated fields, complex reports and various configurations in Workday.
• 4+ years' experience configuring, maintaining Business Processes, and building solutions in Workday.
• 3+ years' experience with HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies.
• 3+ years' experience gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, and functional design for Workday.
• 2+ years' experience collaborating with SaaS vendors on defects/resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provides integral support to HR and Payroll for technology needs with HR partners and Shared Services.
• Establishes cross-functional relationships within HR Technology and HR to ensure effective solutions.
• Collaborates with business and technical partners on Workday Core HCM roadmap and priorities.
• Understands business needs and evaluates Workday capabilities through research and testing.
• Gathers requirements, designs, configures, tests, and documents deliverables at each stage.
• Leads data-driven insights and reports for diverse business needs.
• Engages in Workday release processes and regression testing with cross-functional teams.
