Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Workday HCM Strategy & Configuration Lead to join the HR Technology team. This role supports HR and Payroll operations by delivering scalable Workday solutions for domestic and international employees, partnering with Payroll, Legal and HR stakeholders.

You will drive the Workday Core HCM roadmap, perform fit-gap analysis, manage releases, and ensure timely, high-quality deployments.

Qualifications

5+ years configuring Core HCM for domestic and international colleagues.
4+ years creating calculated fields, complex reports, and configurations in Workday.
4+ years configuring, maintaining Business Processes, and building Workday solutions.
3+ years working with HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies.
3+ years gathering requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design solutions, document designs.
2+ years collaborating with SaaS vendors to provide timely resolution for defects.

Responsibilities

Supports HR and Payroll technology needs across HR and Payroll partners.
Builds cross-functional relationships to design and implement HR tech solutions.
Collaborates on Workday Core HCM roadmap and global priorities.
Translates business requirements to technical designs with defined timelines.
Supports Workday releases, regression testing, and documentation.
Generates reports and analytics to support business needs.
