• 4+ years configuring, maintaining Business Processes, and building solutions in Workday.
• 3+ years working with HR technology landscape including cloud/mobile tech.
• 3+ years gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, and documenting designs.
• 2+ years collaborating with SaaS vendors for defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Supports HR and Payroll technology needs across HR Partners, COEs, and Shared Services.
• Maintains relationships across HR Tech to ensure effective delivery and alignment.
• Collaborates to support Workday Core HCM and roadmap priorities.
• Translates business needs into technical solutions and timelines.
• Leads testing, documentation, and regression activities for Workday updates.
• Generates reports and analytics to support business decisions.
