Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Core HCM for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years building complex Workday reports and calculated fields.
• 4+ years configuring Workday business processes and solutions.
• 3+ years engaging with HR technology landscape including cloud and mobile.
• 2+ years collaborating with SaaS vendors to resolve defects.

Responsibilities

• Provide integral HR and Payroll technology support to HR partners and Shared Services.
• Collaborate with HR Technology to design and implement solutions.
• Support Workday Core HCM functionality and roadmap.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analyses and create functional designs.
• Coordinate testing, documentation and timelines across stakeholders.
• Participate in Workday release processes and regression testing.
• Generate reports/analytics to support business needs.
