CVS Health is seeking a Workday HCM Strategy & Configuration Lead to join our HR Technology team. This role supports HR and Payroll by delivering scalable Workday solutions for domestic and international employees.

You will drive Workday Core HCM, manage requirements, testing, documentation, and partner with business and technical teams. The role emphasizes global priorities, timely enhancements, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring the Core HCM product for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years building complex Workday reports, calculated fields and configurations.
• 3+ years collecting requirements, design, testing and documentation for Workday.

Responsibilities

• Provides HR and Payroll technology support across HR, partners and shared services.
• Collaborates with HR Technology and HR partners to design and implement solutions.
• Delivers Workday Core HCM functionality aligned with global priorities.
• Translates business needs into technical requirements and timelines.
• Participates in release cycles, testing, and regression activities.
