Jobgether SRL seeks an entry‑level Workday Functional Analyst I based in the United States. This full‑time, remote position offers hands‑on exposure to Workday modules within a large healthcare environment and room to grow in HCM, Compensation, and Benefits.

You will learn to support core business processes, create basic reports, and document configurations while collaborating with senior analysts to translate requirements into functional Workday solutions.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1 year of experience with Workday or a comparable ERP system in a functional capacity.
• Foundational understanding of Workday Business Processes, Report Writer, and basic configuration.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to configuration, testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support fundamental Workday business processes within assigned functional modules with guidance from senior analysts.
• Assist with developing and maintaining basic custom reports using Workday Report Writer.
• Create and modify straightforward calculated fields according to functional requirements.
• Participate in configuration reviews, system testing, and resolution of support tickets.
• Document configurations, system changes, testing procedures, and outcomes for auditability and continuity.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to translate business requirements into Workday solutions.
