Qualifications

• Approximately 1 year of Workday or similar ERP functional experience.
• Foundational knowledge of Business Processes, Report Writer, and basic configuration.
• Associates degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support Business Process fundamentals within assigned Workday module(s).
• Assist in building and maintaining basic custom reports using Report Writer.
• Create and modify simple calculated fields.
• Participate in configuration reviews, testing, and support ticket resolution.
• Document configuration, changes, and test steps for audit and continuity.
• Work with more senior analysts to understand functional business requirements.
• Gain familiarity with modules such as HCM, Compensation, or Benefits.
