Job summary

Eightelevengroup is seeking an Analyst, Application Support (Workday Analyst) to ensure smooth operation of the Workday HCM system. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, audits, and documentation, serving as a liaison between HR users, IT, and functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year as a functional analyst, experience writing/executing test scripts, and solid Excel skills. This is a remote role with compensation of $20-$23 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience as a functional analyst.
• At least 1 year writing and executing test scripts.
• Workday experience required; configuration experience preferred.
• HR or Support Desk experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application issues within the Workday HCM system and deliver effective solutions.
• Perform regular maintenance and audits of the Workday HCM system to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Maintain and update security protocols within Workday, ensuring appropriate access and data protection.
• Develop, document, and execute testing scripts for system updates, enhancements, and changes.
• Create, update, and maintain comprehensive functional and user documentation.
• Conduct data analysis for accuracy, perform data comparisons, and support data-driven decision making.
• Provide cross-departmental support to all teams utilizing HR systems, addressing user inquiries and issues.
• Act as a liaison between end users, functional teams, and IT to facilitate communication and issue resolution.
