Job summary

Figma is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support, maintain, and improve our Workday platform with a focus on Core HCM configuration, reporting, security, EIBs, and alerts. This full-time role can be held from a US hub or remotely in the United States.

You’ll manage Workday security, partner with stakeholders to ensure SOX compliance, and drive end-to-end projects across Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Performance, and Absence. Strong analytical skills and hands-on Workday experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years configuring Workday HCM and administering security at a public company.
• Experience managing an HRIS support queue and responding to end-user requests.
• Proficiency creating, executing, and troubleshooting EIBs, along with Workday reporting (standard & advanced).
• Understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM, including business processes, notifications, alerts, and related configuration.
• Maintain and update Workday security roles and role assignments, partnering with stakeholders for access and SOX compliance.
• Manage the HRIS support ticket queue, triaging requests, resolving issues, identifying root causes, and proposing improvements.
• Lead projects end to end across modules such as Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Performance, or Absence.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for business and compliance needs.
• Create, execute, and troubleshoot EIB integrations for data imports/exports and mass updates.
• Support Workday releases by evaluating new functionality, testing enhancements, and recommending adoption opportunities.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, testing, and SOPs.
