Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Workday Financials - Implementation Oversight specialist based in the United States to support state government ERP projects from a remote setting. You will lead quality assurance, IV&V, independent assessments, and related consulting engagements.

The role involves evaluating implementation deliverables, identifying risks, and providing practical recommendations to client leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience in quality assurance, IV&V, or independent assurance for large ERP implementations.
• Experience with public-sector ERP implementations is preferred.
• Demonstrated Workday Financials implementation experience across configuration, architecture, data migration, and release management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for executive reporting and stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA, IV&V, and project oversight for state government Workday Financials engagements.
• Review artifacts and provide feedback on risks and improvements.
• Monitor status, risks, and dependencies; report to stakeholders including executives.
• Facilitate client meetings and workshops; support testing and process improvements.
• Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
